Cook Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup sweetener
  • ⅓ cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop NatureM.D. NutriProtein
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a 12 cup muffin pan (or two 6-cup).
  2. Whisk together the egg, sweetener, applesauce, vanilla, and bananas.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, except for chocolate chips, then combine with wet.
  4. Mix until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
