  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or other nut milk.
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Vanilla NutriProtein
  • I cup fresh spinach or 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed or hemp seed
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice

Directions: Pour liquid into blender first then add all other ingredients. Blend well.
