Prep Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (12oz) nut milk of choice, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Nature M.D. GutConnect
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ to ½ fresh avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (⅛ cup)
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract

Directions:

Blend until smooth and top with chocolate chips, optional.
