Here’s what you’ll need.

Ingredients:

  • Bean-based, cauliflower-based, or a root-based chip like Siete
  • Shredded romaine lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced onions
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Chopped scallions
  • Pinto beans
  • Black beans
  • Guacamole
  • Greek yogurt
  • Hot Sauce
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice and wedges

Instructions:

  • Lay out your bean-based, cauliflower-based, or root-based chips on a lined sheet pan, and top generously with your favorite toppings listed above.
  • We recommend baking first with warm ingredients at 350° until cheese is melted, and then topping with cold ingredients.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and enjoy!
