Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or other nut milk.
- 2 scoops GutConnect
- I cup fresh spinach or 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed or hemp seed
- ¼ avocado
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice
Directions: Pour liquid into blender first then add all other ingredients. Blend well.
